 شوربة دجاج بالخضار منتشرة في كثير من مناطق العالم. ويتم تحضيرها بطرق مختلفة ومتنوعة. إلا أن جميعها تغذي الجسم وتمنحه الدفئ من الداخل خاصةً في فصل الشتاء.  تحتوي الشوربة على العديد من العناصر التي يحتاجها الجسم مثل المعادن المهمة والفيتامينات والبروتين والألياف لذلك فهي سهلة الهضم. كما أنها توفر توازناً بين الكربوهيدرات والبروتين والدهون فتمنحنا الطاقة والنشاط طوال اليوم. ونظراً لكمية الماء المرتفعة فيها فهي تغذي خلايا الجسم وتحافظ على نضارة البشرة. لا تقتصر فوائدها على ذلك فقط، بل إنها تساعد على إنقاص الوزن الزائد فهي تعطي شعوراً سريعاً بالشبع خاصةً لمن يتبعون نظام حمية ونظام رياضي لتنزيل وزنهم.  إليك الآن طريقتنا في تحضير شوربة الدجاج بالخضار.

تكفي هذه الوصفة لأربع أشخاص.

مقادير شوربة الدجاج بالخضار

  • 2 بصلة صغيرة
  • 4 جزر صغير
  • 4 قطع صغيرة من الكرفس
  • 1 عود كراث
  • 2 فص ثوم
  • 280 غ صدر دجاج
  • 4 ملاعق صغيرة زيت زيتون
  • 1.6 ليتر مرق دجاج
  • 4 ورق غار
  • ملح
  • جوزة الطيب
  • فلفل
  • 4 ملاعق صغيرة بقدونس مفروم
  • 80 غ معكرونة شعيرية.

طريقة التحضير

  1.  قشري البصل والجزر والكرفس وغسليهم جيداً ثم قطعيهم إلى مكعبات، اغسلي الكراث ثم قطعيه  إلى حلقات، وقشري الثوم واهرسيه.
  2. اغسلي صدر الدجاج جيداً  ثم قطعيه إلى مكعبات.
  3. أحضري وعاء الطهي وضعي بداخله زيت الزيتون، وضعيه على النار. أضيفي الثوم والبصل وقلبي حتى يتغير لونه قليلاً.
  4. أضيفي قطع الدجاج وحركي، ثم أضيفي باقي الخضار.
  5. صبي مرق الدجاج فوق القدر، ثم ضعي فوقه ورق الغار والمعكرونة.
  6. اتركيها تطهى لمدة 15 دقيقة. 
  7. أخرجي ورق الغار، رشي جوزة الطيب، ملح، فلفل ثم زيني بالبقدونس المفروم.

تقدر القيم الغذائية للحصة الواحدة علماً أن الكمية تكفي لأربع أشخاص كما ذكرنا آنفاً في أعلى المقالة.

  • 278 غ كالوري.
  • 25 غ بروتين.
  • 7 غ دهون.
  • 28 غ كربوهيدرات.

طبق دافئ من شوربة الدجاج بالخضار ينعش الروح ويقوي الجسم. حيث أن الخضار غنية بالفيتامينات مثل فيتامين K و البيتاكاروتين. بينما اللحم غني بالزنك. إذا أردت يمكنك أيضاً إضافة القليل من الزنجبيل للشوربة إذ أنه يقوي مناعة الجسم ضد مرض الانفلونزا.
